Simon is the Director and founder of Logicworks Developments. He completed his first development in 2003, and has since developed sites of new build, listed building conversion and commercial to residential conversions.
Simon is Chartered Engineer C.Eng and also has an MBA from University of Kent and is an experienced project manager, having previously work for a major UK PLC running multi million pound projects.
Sophia is our chief site sourcer and planning process manager. Through her network of contacts in estate agents, auction houses and property professionals, plus desk based research, Sophia identifies sites and manages the planning process from conception through to grant of planning permission
Damian is our site manager and manages our development sites . Damian has almost 10 years of managing development projects and prior to this was a Police officer for over 10 years.
